We are disappointed if you are not satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept free exchange/returns for all items in new condition within 90 days of receipt.
- Please email customer service at customerservice@realsilklife.com, indicating the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and why. We will reply within 24 business hours.
- Your patience will be highly appreciated. Contact our customer service staff, our customer service staff will tell you how to deal with the returned stamps. We provide one complimentary return or exchange service, wherein we cover the return shipping costs in full; there are no charges to you for the return shipment. After receiving the return instructions from us, complete the return form and put it in the package, please pack the item(s) to be returned without the packing box.
- As soon as we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund your account by our return policy within 7 business days.
> RETURN CONDITIONS <
- We accept returns within 90 days of receipt if the order does not suit you.
- Items must be returned in new condition with all original tags attached.
- We do not accept returned items that you have sent back directly without consulting us first.
> REFUND & EXCHANGE <
- You will receive your refund within 7 business days when we receive the returned package.
- For exchange, new items will be shipped to you within 7 business days after the parcel is returned.
> RETURN ADDRESS <
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, Please contact our customer service at customerservice@realsilklife.com to obtain the returned address.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address. Additionally, it will suspend the processing of your return.
