We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. 

 

Processing

It normally takes 24H to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

 

Verification and shipping

1 A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.


2 A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped out.


3 Shipment takes 3-10 business days to arrive, please refer to the table below for various shipping times to international destinations.

Note:

1 Delivery Time does not include the processing time required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

2 P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.

3 Make sure to confirm your shipping address before and after your order is placed, as later change of address may incur additional charges.

4 If you require customization service, please allow for four or more working days in the processing time.

5 For some big orders, in case of credit-card fraud, we need to confirm your personal details.Please make sure your e-mail or phone number is correct and available.

 

Customs and Import Duties

Normally we will prepay the duties taxes before the parcel shipped. Sometimes the additional customs or import duties couldn't be avoided. But please don't worry. If any charged, please simply contact customerservice@realsilklife.com

1.Please send us the photos of the receipt of the custom tax.

2.Refund will be returned to you within 3-5 working days once get your receipt.
