VERIFICATION AND SHIPPING
1. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request
2. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped out.

Real Silk Life is pleased to serve our international shoppers. Our store ships contain the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, etc. You can place an order normally. When you see that your delivery address does not support delivery, please contact our customer service for further information.
NOTE:
1. Delivery Time does not include the processing time required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
2. Make sure to confirm your shipping address before and after your order is placed, as a later change of address may incur additional charges. We are not responsible for lost packages that are not received due to an incorrect shipping address being entered on the order.

Missing or lost package
After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. It may take approximately 24-72 hours to update the tracking information.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please wait 72 hours before contacting customer service. In most cases, the courier may mark the package as delivered in advance, and it will arrive within 72 hours. If you still have not received your package 72 hours after it shows as delivered, please email customerservice@realsilklife.com, and we will provide you with a solution.
If there are any unusual issues with your package, please contact our customer service promptly, and we will address them as soon as possible.
