VERIFICATION AND SHIPPING
1. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request
2. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped out.
3. Shipment takes 5-7 business days to arrive.

1. Delivery Time does not include the processing time required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
2. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.
3. Make sure to confirm your shipping address before and after your order is placed, as a later change of address may incur additional charges.We are not responsible for lost packages that are not received due to an incorrect shipping address being entered on the order.
4. If you require customization or monogrammed service, please allow for another 3-5 business days in the processing time.

Missing or lost package
If your package was marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please wait 72 hours before contacting customer service. In most cases, a carrier marks a package as delivered prematurely, and the package will arrive within 72 hours. In some cases, the package was delivered to a neighbor or placed in a different mailbox. If you can, please ask your neighbors if they have seen the package before contacting customer service. If you still haven't found the package, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will let you know of next steps.
Please report all packages as missing or lost within 1 week of the expected delivery date. You can report a package as missing by emailing customer service at email@example.com. If a package is reported as missing > 1 week after expected delivery date, you will be asked to file a claim with the postal carrier and we cannot guarantee a replacement.
